Your Responsibilities | Funds - Legal - Corporate Officer
- PFS -Luxembourg

You administrate daily legal/corporate proceedings, throughout the entire fund life cycle of your client portfolio comprised of domiciled funds and their related SPVs.

You draft and review legal documentation and contracts relating to fund administration.

You serve as a point of contact, to provide clients with proactive & seamless customer service and coordinate the actions for relevant third parties (banks, Luxembourg administrations, notary & lawyers).

You examine changes in pertinent legislation and within the regulatory environment and pro-actively initiate appropriate actions.

You collaborate on advising your clients on matters regarding their governance framework and guide their corporate compliance & governance proceedings.

Profile and Career Path | Funds - Legal - Corporate Officer

You are proficient in English and comfortable navigating an international business environment, any additional language skills are an advantage.

You have ideally graduated with a Corporate/Business Law degree or similar program (Bachelor or Master).

You possess exposure to PE/RE, Venture Capital and Debt entities of the Luxembourgish fund industry.

You are experienced in delivering both legal assistance and corporate services in Luxembourg, preferably within a PFS or a ManCo.

Depending on your background, experience and language skills, your salary is susceptible to go up to 60.000€ gross annually.

Additionally, 18 Lunch vouchers monthly, valued at 10.80€ per unit will allow you to enjoy lunch with colleagues.

A yearly discretionary bonus valued above industry standards.
