**Job Description**:
Eurolux Consulting are currently supporting a leading Asset Management company which is currently looking to hire a Senior Manager - Fund Oversight & Control. The client maintains an open and supportive culture which encourages flexibility and loyalty in a collaborative working environment.
The role of Senior Manager - Fund Oversight & Control will be accountable for the day to day monitoring of the delegated tasks to our service providers and Accountants.
Key tasks will include:
- Monthly and Quarterly service level reviews based on defined KPIs
- Be involved in various fund related projects, whether fund events (fund launches, liquidations, mergers, sub funds consolidation, share classes ) or the on-going enhancement of oversight and monitoring processes (drafting new processes and reviewing/updating ones)
- Coordination of year-end Audit processes for various funds including active monitoring of the Audit logs and coordinate post audit questions and solutions
- Performing regular complex analyses and assess client related requests
- Set up and review of performance fee models + review of fund fee rates
- Reviewing of the TER / PTR figures for fund semi
- and annual financial reports
- Monitoring the portfolio pricing of the funds and provide regular updates to the respective committees
- Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly updates for the various committees and Fund Boards
- Minimum of 8 years of fund accounting/fund admin/fund oversight with Luxembourg domiciled funds
- Proven and relevant experience in the investment fund industry, ideally in the fields of compliance, fund accounting and/or fund audit (UCITS and alternative fund structures)
- Specific background of alternative investment funds structures will be an advantage
- Strong English language skills, along with German and or French will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid degree of systems literacy in the Microsoft suite of products (MS Office)
