**Responsibilities**:
Oversight & Compliance Officer: Your responsibilities:

- You will develop and growth the internal outsourcing controlling structure.
- Being in cooperation with the control areas of internal audit, compliance, and risk management.
- You will be the direct contact with employees, affiliated contractual partners, management, and the board of directors;
- You will participation in ongoing projects, monitoring of regulatory and legal information.
- You will ensure cooperation among the businesses in the group on matters relating to compliance.
- You will taking part in internal and external regulatory reporting to management, the board of directors, and the CSSF.
- You will monitoring first due diligence autonomously, as well as ongoing monitoring of outsourcing partners, service providers, and other third parties.

**Profile**:
Oversight & Compliance Officer: Your profile:

- You have a Master degree in economics, law or finance with at least 3 years of experience in Luxembourg in fund management company or audit firm, ideally in the area of compliance (UCITS/AIF)
- You have knowledge in AML- CTF and/or outsourcing controlling would be an advantage.
- You have a good understanding of Luxembourgish regulatory framework.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, etc.
- You have a good command in German and English
