Jpmse Operations Oversight Manager for Fund Services

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The regulatory requirements in regards to Outsourced Operations are constantly evolving. As a JPMSE Operations Oversight Manager, your duty will be to provide local leadership and oversight and to ensure adherence to relevant corporate policies, regulations and agreed control framework. You will re-assess and challenge the status quo daily to enhance the oversight setup as well as to ensure the Legal Entity and our clients are provided with the best service possible. Become a JPMSE Luxembourg Branch Operations Oversight Manager for Fund Services and be part of a very dynamic team, full of new ideas and up for challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for the provision of oversight on operational engagements for JPMSE Luxembourg Branch.
- Perform on-going monitoring and annual due diligence of critical operational outsourced functions.
- Ensure robust design and continuous update of the oversight framework in line with corporate & regulatory requirements/changes at JPMSE level as well as local branch jurisdictions level.
- Actively monitor/investigate daily business & technology incidents potentially impacting JPMSE Operations and trigger formal senior management escalations when required.
- Prepare and submit appropriate communication with regards to operational oversight to mandated senior forums.
- Actively drive the strategic agenda for JPMSE Operations Oversight Team.

**Required Qualification, Capabilities and Skills**
- Direct working experience within Operations and / or Project Management roles (preferably 7 years as a minimum).
- Proven ability to support/review the control framework and display a strong control mind-set.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage with senior management and providers in all regions.
- Ability to demonstrate ownership, work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment locally and as part of a virtual team.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills to review oversight results, assess impact, identify trends to help maintain an efficient and effective oversight model.
- Fluent in English is a must ; German or / and French is / are a plus.

**Preferred Qualification, Capabilities and Skills**
- Sound knowledge in Securities Services businesses (especially Fund Accounting & Transfer Agency).
- Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting Outsourced Operational Activities.
- Experience of working within a globally distributed model and ability to challenge the outsourced functions across the globe to ensure robust operating model.
