- We’re looking for a Depositary Control Oversight Specialist to:
- perform dedicated oversight controls to detect and mitigate risks
- support business initiatives such as the implementation as well as the maintenance of the rapidly growing Sustainable Investments environment in our dedicated platform
- data management for the depositary activities
- act as interface between IT, Depositary Bank Control team and external providers
- be a Subject Matter Expert in new regulation such as ESG deliverables within our oversight platform
- coordinate all data quality efforts such as DQ monitoring and maintenance, by ensuring internal stakeholder qualitative data deliveries
- actively support the resolution of important data issues
- support and maintain data requirements (fund onboarding as well as regulatory development) in coordination with relevant functions
- participate in data quality process re-engineering and improvement initiatives
- collaborate with all internal stakeholders for data and regulatory related topics

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Depositary Bank Control Team of UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch as a Depositary Control Oversight Specialist. We are responsible for all regulatory controls under UCITS V and AIFMD. We are a very divers and dynamic team that applies a high degree of collaboration within the daily work life. **Your expertise**
- experience in finance and/or paralegal (2-3 years) with good analytical skills
- bachelors/university degree or equivalent experience in fund business administration or related field
- financial institution experience in a custody function or fund administration background with strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulations
- interest in regulations, especially current ESG regulatory developments
- analytical thinking, problem solving skills, curiosity and critical thinking
- ability to provide high quality and accurate level of services within set time
- proactive, flexible and good priority management
- curiosity, critical thinking and ability to understand complex concepts and transcribe them in a way that everyone can understand
- strong command of English; French and German would be considered as an advantage
