**Duties**
- Identifying organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and building partnerships with them
- Closing, managing, and enabling partners to successfully refer clients to Deel
- Nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth
- Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L

**Requirements**:

- You have 4+ years of experience in any form of partnership role
- You have a strong understanding of the professional service landscape (financial services, law, consulting, HR, talent etc.) and are well connected
- You are proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills
- You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows

**We’d especially love to speak with you if**
- You speak Dutch and/or Swedish.
- You have worked with Benelux and Nordics regions in the partnership space.
- You have worked for an HR or FinTech company
- You've worked at a fast-growing startup
- You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team and open to travel to meet partners in person.
