Luxfactory is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that values innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Data Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our data visualization and analytics capabilities.

**Key Competencies/Tasks**:
As a Power BI Data Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Participate in discussions related to data flow, including requirements gathering and designing solutions.
- Gather raw data and create data visualization scenarios and dashboards under the guidance of the project team.
- Perform data extractions and generate reports, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Design, implement, and maintain SQL and Transact-SQL (T-SQL) procedures.
- Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools used for data integration and export.
- Monitor and analyze information and data systems, evaluating their performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Demonstrate expertise in working with Reporting Tools, particularly Power BI and SSRS.
- Data Modeling and Analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Specialist with a focus on Power BI and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, and database management.
- Proficiency in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Experience working with concepts such as Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL, and traditional Relational Database Management Systems (SQL Server).
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in English on a daily basis; proficiency in French will be considered an asset.
