Contexte & enjeux
Dans le cadre de la croissance de notre pôle Data & BI, FUZYO recherche un(e) Expert(e) Microsoft BI senior, capable de piloter des projets stratégiques, d?accompagner nos clients dans la modernisation de leur SI décisionnel, et d?être force de proposition sur les innovations BI (Cloud, Data Governance, Power Platform, IA?).
Vos missions
**Pilotage de projets BI**: cadrage, architecture, gestion de la roadmap, suivi de la qualité et des délais.
**Conception & développement**: solutions décisionnelles complexes (Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Azure Synapse, Data Factory?).
**Data Governance**: mise en place de politiques de gouvernance, sécurité (RLS/OLS), monitoring, data quality, documentation.
**Accompagnement client**: analyse des besoins, ateliers métiers, formation, conduite du changement, support avancé.
**Innovation & veille**: intégration des nouveautés Microsoft BI (Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, IA générative), veille sur les usages et tendances BI.
**Encadrement & coaching**: montée en compétences des équipes internes et des clients, animation de formations avancées.
**Avant-vente**: participation aux réponses à appels d?offres, soutenances, rédaction de propositions techniques.
Profil recherché
**Expérience**: 9 ans minimum en Business Intelligence, dont 8 ans sur la suite Microsoft BI (Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Azure?).
**Expertise technique**:
Power BI (Cloud, OnPrem, Premium, Dataflows, DAX, M, Power Query, API, sécurité avancée)
SQL Server, Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Snowflake, Oracle, IBM Netezza, MongoDB, CouchDB
ETL (SSIS, Data Factory, Talend)
Modélisation (Tabular, multidimensionnel, Data Vault, Kimball)
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
DevOps, JIRA, SharePoint, Office 365
**Méthodologie**: Scrum, Agile, UML, Storytelling, documentation technique et fonctionnelle.
**Certifications**: certifs Microsoft BI/Cloud appréciées
**Langues**: français courant, anglais professionnel.
