We’re looking for a skilled **Power BI Developer** to join our team at ARHS Group, part of Accenture. If you have a strong background in data visualization and a passion for helping businesses leverage data to drive growth, we want you to be part of our team

**THE WORK**:

- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to effectively visualize data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
- Optimize Power BI solutions for both performance and data accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices in data visualization.
- Provide training and ongoing support for Power BI users.
- Work with data engineers to access and transform data for reporting.
- Maintain version control and documentation for Power BI reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and reporting.

**Onsite at client site**: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

**HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **3+ years of professional experience** as a **Power BI Developer** or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Power BI**, including **DAX**, **Power Query**, and **Power Pivot**.
- Strong understanding of **data visualization** principles and best practices.
- Experience in **data modeling**, **database design**, and transforming raw data into useful insights.
- Familiarity with **data security** and compliance standards.
- Strong **analytical skills** and the ability to solve complex problems with data.
- Excellent **communication** skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in **English** (spoken and written).

**BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE**:

- Experience with other BI tools or technologies.
- Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server, Oracle, or similar.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- French language skills.
