**Responsibilities**:
**KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB**
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data, market analysis and usability findings using methods such as user testing, interviews, focus groups and surveys to understand users behaviors and needs.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand their business requirements and design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and user interfaces for digital devices.
- Contribute to bank initiatives dedicated to providing a consistent user experience (ex. design system).
- Collaborate with the development teams in order to define with product owners the best user experience taking into account the technical constraints and costs.

**DELIVRABLES AND KEY ACTIVITIES**
- User research in form of interviews, observations, surveys
- Ideation workshops, co-design, design thinking
- User flows, wireframing, prototyping
- User interfaces, design system, interaction design, visual design
- Solution evaluation (heuristics, users tests, etc.)

Must Have Requirements
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**

- Cognitive or Psychology studies

- Mandatory languages: FR and EN

- Knowledge of a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite,

- Minimum 3 years of experience
