**Your responsibilities ? **As a Group travel package specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Planning and organizing trips for groups, ensuring customer satisfaction and comfort.
- Work with customers to understand their specific needs and design tailor-made itineraries.
- Coordinate the logístical details of group trips, including accommodation, transportation and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, attractions and market trends.
- Manage reservations, payments and documentation for group travel.
- Actively develop customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners.

**Your profile ?**
- You have a degree in tourism, because travel runs in your veins.
- You already have at least 5 years' professional experience in a groups department, justifying your expertise in the art of creating unforgettable group travel experiences.
- You have a perfect knowledge of IT tools specific to the position, such as reservation software (Amadeus), spreadsheets (Excel), group travel management systems
- You have a creative mind and the ability to design unique and attractive itineraries for groups. Creativity can also be useful in solving unforeseen problems that may arise during a trip.
- You are rigorous and pay attention to the smallest details: Planning trips for groups requires great attention to detail. Thoroughness is necessary to guarantee the customer experience.
- You have excellent commercial sense and are responsive and responsible. A high capacity to respond effectively to customer needs and concerns is essential.
- You are flexible and dynamic. A group travel package specialist must be able to adapt quickly to new situations, last-minute changes and customer requests.
- You have a good knowledge of tourist destinations, to better guide our customers in their travel choices.
- You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French, English and German. Mastery of these languages is an undeniable asset, facilitating communication with international suppliers and customers.
- You are a team player and are ready to invest yourself collectively in the company.
