**Multi-National Program Manager**
- Full time,_ _Luxembourg_

As the Multi National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the corporate travel program. This may include client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability), business planning and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision makers in multiple regions, business continuance, and escalation of travel operations.

**As a Multi-National Program Manager, you will**
- Consult with the clients to develop policies and programs that fit their corporate travel program needs and budget goals
- Manage account profitability by reviewing monthly income statements and taking action as appropriate
- Assist the client with the negotiation of profitable vendor contracts - air, car, hotel
- Liaise with key contacts at client sites to build multi-level relationships within their companies
- Conduct account reviews
- Oversee the implementation of Corporate Travel customers, and work with national and global implementation teams to ensure customer expectations are met

**About you**
- Corporate Travel Management experience in Account Management, with previous exposure to a global client base
- Extensive knowledge of current travel industry operations and technology
- Effective negotiation skills and decision-making, problem solving skills
- Excellent rapport building abilities, professional presentation skills, an engaging communicator
- Good knowledge of English and French
