Description Do you have Client Relationship Manager experience, and are you seeking a new job? As a Client Relationship Manager, you will develop a deep understanding of the clients’ strategy, goals, and future demands. In your first few weeks in this Client Relationship Manager role, you can expect to: - Build excellent long-term relationships with existing clients, maintaining regular exchanges with them and advising them on how Apex can support their growth plans - Answer clients’ questions in a solution-oriented manner - Collect regular client feedback and share it with the internal teams as appropriate - Manage, monitor and assure client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs - Minimum 6 years' managerial operational experience in either fund, banking or corporate; - 5+ years' experience in managing Nordic fund managers with fund ranges in Luxembourg - 5+ years' experience in the 3rd Party Manco industry in Luxembourg - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets; - Background in customer service is a plus; - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; - Problem-solving attitude; - Team player and good sense of humour; - English and French language skills, German or any Nordic language is an asset; - Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
