**Description**
- Handling new contracts: processing proposals, creating and finalizing contracts.
- Administrative follow-up of existing files: daily management and updating of files.
- Financial management of ongoing files: processing of operations such as additional payments, arbitrages, partial or total surrenders, management of maturities and situations linked to death.
- Answering written and telephone inquiries: supporting Business Partners and customers by providing them with solutions tailored to their satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in its various missions.
- Work in collaboration with other internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient file management.
**Profile**
- Solid experience and knowledge of the products/services offered within the life insurance sector
- Fluency in French and English
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective collaboration with all departments.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Creative spirit to bring innovative ideas and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Be autonomous and take initiative, while being able to work as part of a team and share knowledge.
- Results-oriented approach and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Hold a relevant degree in the field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
