Arendt Services offers a wide range of services, such as domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund services, directorship of companies, tax-compliance services and assistance in the winding-up of companies

To be based in our Luxembourg office, we are looking for a:
**Client Onboarding Senior Officer Corporate & Fund Services (M/F)**:
**Your role**:

- Within a dynamic team, you will be assisting with the coordination and also serving as an internal point of contact for the onboarding of our future clients;
- You will be in charge of the data quality and administration of the information received from the different teams of our company, the lawyers, the notaries and the banks;
- You will in charge of drafting several services agreements;
- You will be responsible to provide clients with a unique, distinctive and qualitative experience at their onboarding;
- You will be in charge of coordinating and preparing for internal meetings to with all different teams working on the file.

**Your profile**:

- You hold a diploma in law, economics, or management;
- You have a professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar environment;
- You have strong knowledge of Fund Services, Asset Services and/or Corporate Services ;
- You are fluent in English, French and/or German would be an advantage;
- You possess relationship and communication skills enabling you to evolve in a team and are capable and eager to take the initiative;
- You are very well organized and rigorous;
- You are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks;
- You are dynamic and proactive;
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
