- We’re looking for an Investment Manager Onboarding Officer to:
- support the portfolio management oversight function with preparations for the onboarding process of the investment managers acting as delegates of the management company, such as due diligence reviews
- assist with the know your counterparty process
- partner with the product function and the legal function on conducting reviews on the regulatory documentation and on participating on the negotiation of the contractual documentation
- prepare regular reporting to the team leader, the conducting officer and the board members via dashboards and presentations
- assist with various activities related to the alignment of the procedures with the other Swiss and European management companies
- facilitate collaboration across internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the management company
- help management in the detection and mitigation of risks and process deficiencies

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the portfolio management oversight function of UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. in Luxembourg. Our team is responsible for overseeing the portfolio management activity of our delegates across all of our investment fund range domiciled in Luxembourg. As an investment manager onboarding officer, you'll work closely with our product function to support the lifecycle management of the investment funds.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a management company, in a legal firm or in an advisory firm
- master’s degree in finance or in business law
- collaborative personality and strong communicator, with an organizational mind-set
- proactive and solution-oriented, with good judgment skills
- good understanding of the fund investment industry
- fluent in English, German would be an advantage
