Mon client est une banque privée internationale ayant son HUB européen au Luxembourg.

Au sein du département COO, le Client Onboarding Officer sera en charge de l'ouverture ainsi que de tout changement relatif à la documentation des clients privés.

Vos Principales responsabilités

Examiner la documentation reçue des clients pour une ouverture de compte, un changement de situation ou pour une fermeture de compte.

Vérifier que la documentation est conforme aux directives et procédures de la Banque ainsi qu'aux réglementations locales et internationales.

Enregistrer et mettre à jour les données relatives aux clients dans les systèmes centraux de la Banque.

Vérifier que les informations saisies dans les systèmes de la Banque par le Front Office sont complètes et conformes à la documentation fournie.

Effectuer des contrôles internes réguliers pour garantir le respect des procédures.

Assurer une bonne qualité de service en fournissant un feed-back précis au Front Office sur toute erreur, tout document manquant et en répondant rapidement à toute question posée par le Front Office.

Créer des synergies avec les différents départements (juridique, conformité, informatique...) et maintenir un flux de communication efficace entre tous les acteurs de l’onboarding client.

Votre Profil

Bonnes connaissances de la règlementation (KYC, AML)

Première expérience en banque privée

Excellent niveau de Français et d'Anglais

Connaissances opérationnelles en IT
