【職務内容】
・投資家のニーズに基づくファンド組成と運営
・社内法務部門と連携した法的文書の作成
・ファンド組成に関して社内外との交渉
・ファンド組成に伴う顧客対応：主に日本国内の投資家から寄せられるファンドに関する問い合わせ、要望、クレームへの回答
・新規金融商品の開発や社内手続きのサポート
・ファンドに関する問い合わせ、要望、クレームに関する投資顧客への対応
・上記に関連するあらゆる事務業務

【応募要件】
・金融業界での経験者優遇
・ファンド管理、投資運用、マーケティング、プロダクト管理の実務経験
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力・英語力保持者
・顧客との関係構築・維持経験があり、対人スキルが高く自発的な方
・ファイナンス、経営学または関連分野の学歴があれば尚可
・プロ意識・リスクに対する意識が高く、顧客志向、品質志向であること
・オーガナイズ力が高くプレッシャーの下で効率的に働ける方
・優れた問題解決能力と分析能力
・柔軟性が高くオープンマインドでチームワークが取れる方

【給料】
Euro 60,000 前後（経験に応じて）

**Japanese speaking Senior Relationship Officer - Fund Management**
A Japanese financial institute is currently recruiting a Japanese speaking Senior Relationship Officer to work in their Luxemburg office.
You will be supporting the Product and Business Development Department.
Business level of fluency in English and Japanese is required for this role.

**TYPE**: Permanent, full-time
**WORKING HOURS**: Monday to Friday 40 hours
**SALARY**: Euro 60,000 (Depending on performance)
**START**: ASAP
**LOCATION** Luxemburg

**Senior Relationship Officer Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage fund structuring based on the needs from the external fund promoter
- Preparing legal documents in coordination with internal legal departments
- Conduct negotiation relating to fund structuring
- Liaise with internal departments in the frame of fund documentation process
- Liaise with Japanese/non-Japanese clients for fund structuring issues i.e.: answer queries, requests and claims received from Fund Promoters
- Support in the creation of new products as well as internal procedures
- Liaise with alternative investment clients for inquires, requests, claims relating to their funds
- Provide our clients (Japan and English contacts) with the best quality they can expect
- Any administrative task related to the above
- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Working experience in fund administration, investment management, marketing and product management preferably in the Financial Sector
- Successful record in building and maintaining client relationship with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation
- Studies in Finance, Business Administration or related matters is an advantage
- High professional approach in all contacts, risk awareness, customer and quality minded
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility, open-mindedness and team spirit are highly appreciated assets

**Salary**: €60,000.00 per year
