An International financial organisation is looking for a Japanese speaking Client Relationship Officer in Luxembourg. Japanese language skills with mother tongue level is essential with valid work visa in Luxembourg.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain excellent client-care and relationship with clients
- Answer to all requests from the clients liaising with operation group
- Prepare several reports to the clients
- Accomplish various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner
- Provide administrative support and complete all requested control checklists
- Possess solid understanding of the clients culture
- For national holidays, it is necessary to work in turn within the group

**Requirements**:

- Native level of written and spoken skill in Japanese and fluency in English
- Banking knowledge, and/or Custody business, Securities brokerage knowledge
- Familiar skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Bachelor in Economics, or equivalent experience
- Capability to handle diverse range of complex tasks based on analytical and problem-solving mind
- Ability of in-depth analysis and search for continued improvement requiring the evaluation of unusual problems, with constant focus on quality, efficiency and client service
- Capability to participate in the decision-making process (recommendations are expected)
- Ability of negotiation
- Deep knowledge of internal/external clients and/or development of networking
- Capability to coordinate various resources for mid-term complex projects and tasks
- Constant mind of team player with high level of flexibility
