Are you an experienced **Fund Accountant** seeking an exciting opportunity with a **renowned Japanese bank**? Our client, located **near the Luxembourg Airport**, is currently looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant who will play a crucial role in their finance team. With a focus on NAV calculation, banking accountancy, and utilizing GP3 software, you will join a prestigious organization known for its **stability**, exceptional work environment, and dedication to **work-life balance**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate and timely NAV calculations for various funds
- Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee daily reconciliations, cash management, and trade settlements
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support investment decision-making
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
- Contribute to the training and mentoring of junior team members

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of **4 years** of experience in fund accounting or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in **GP3 software**, **NAV** calculation, and **banking** **accountancy**:

- Fluent in both **French** and **English**, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards (IFRS, Lux GAAP, etc.) and regulatory frameworks
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
