**WHAT YOU WILL DO?**

As a Senior Financial Account Manager (SFAM), you are part of the Structured Finance and Capital Markets team and work closely with the other team members to continuously exceed our clients’ expectations.

The Senior Financial Account Manager handles all accounting services for securitization vehicles involved in structured finance or capital markets transactions such as repacking transactions, MTN programmes, RMBS, ABS and CLO transactions.

The SFAM maintains and develops relationships with domestic and foreign advisors and banks and works closely with the legal team of the assigned securitization vehicles.

The SFAM is expected to continuously develop personally and professionally, deliver added value to the financial discipline within this discipline within Trustmoore, and contribute to the further growth of our team.

Main responsibilities are:

- Maintain contact with asset/investment managers, trustees, collateral administrators, banks and other involved stakeholders to obtain, e.g., required information for reporting purposes, meeting deadlines and handling clients’ needs;
- Monitor and review the administrative and accounting requirements of assigned securitization vehicles;
- Supervise the setup and maintenance of securitization vehicle administrations and financial databases;
- Prepare and review (consolidated) financial statements, tax returns and annual reports, as well as other related financial reports;
- Generate and administer accounting procedures and ensure that all procedures are carried out following relevant legislation and policies;
- Keep up to date about changes in local (relevant) legislation and accounting guidelines;
- Mentor, train, and motivate junior and medior financial account managers and act as a sounding board.

**HOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM?**

As a SFAM, you need to show fundamental effective behavior. In this position, you need to prioritize what is important, make decisions, manage expectations and share your knowledge and expertise.

You will also assume some client mandates as manager/director and need a helicopter view. You are proactive, know what you are capable of, possess good communication skills, and can delegate and give feedback.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or an equivalent;
- In the progress or having completed ACCA/ ACA/ CPA Reviseur d'Entreprise/ Expert comptable/ or equivalent;
- A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (LuxGAAP/ IFRS);
- Fluent in English;
- Flexible attitude and stress tolerance;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Take ownership;
- Is quality focused and business minded with the ability to deliver excellent service to our clients;
- Willingness to develop your professional skills in an international environment;
- Extensive knowledge of relevant local and international regulations;
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving;
- Must work independently on multiple issues, change priorities and organize workload.
