Our client is an **independent boutique law firm** based in Hollerich, specializing in **strategic and complex cases**. Established over 10 years ago, this small-sized firm (fewer than 10 people) stands out for its personalized approach and its **dynamic yet balanced working environment**.

To support its growth, the firm is looking for an experienced **Legal Assistant / Paralegal** who can work autonomously in a demanding and stimulating environment.

**_ Paralegal_**_ - Your Role :_**

As a Legal Assistant / Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's operations. Your main tasks will include:
**Legal Support**
- Preparing and drafting **legal documents** (shareholder resolutions, corporate law documents, etc.).
- Organizing and following up on **board meetings**.
- Assisting lawyers with a variety of legal cases.

**Administration and Coordination**
- Managing lawyers' calendars and coordinating meetings.
- Handling filing, encoding, and updating documents.
- Performing billing tasks and organizing travel bookings and arrangements.

**Management and Logistics**
- Overseeing relationships with suppliers and stock management.
- Handling light accounting operations.

**_ Paralegal _**_- Your Profile:_**

We are looking for a meticulous, organized individual with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
- ** Education**: Degree in **corporate law** (mandatory).
- ** Experience**: At least **2 years of experience in a law firm**, where you developed a keen ability to manage files with precision.
- ** Key Skills**:

- Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Strong writing and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
