**Corporate Officer / Paralegal - Human Sized Law Firm
For a Human Sized law firm located in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Corporate Officer / Paralegal, with a few years’ experience in Luxembourg
Created almost twenty years ago, this company is composed of a law firm and a trust company, and is now looking for its next talent in order to join the organization. The client portfolio is mainly made up of international (mainly from the US) and local financial structures such as SOPARFIs, Holdings, PE/RE and Securitization Vehicles. Prestigious and challenging clients’ files will help you develop your own skills and competencies, which is genuinely profitable for you in a long term vision.
You will join a **beautiful and luminous workplace** not far from the Luxembourg train station which will prevent you from being blocked in the traffic jam and saving you time each day so you will be able to use it for personal projects.
**Your Responsibilities **|** Corporate Officer - Law Firm - Fiduciary - Corporate**
- You will have to liaise in direct with your clients and will have to develop and maintain the relationship.
- From the incorporation to the liquidation, you will be in charge of all the corporate aspect of the companies you are in charge (essentially SOPARFIs, Holdings, Securitization and PE/RE vehicles).
- Administrative tasks will also be included in your day to day tasks. You will also provide the accounting and legal teams with support, in order to respect the deadlines.

- As your clients and some of your future colleagues exclusively speaks English, you should have a very good command in this language (written and oral) in order to help internal and external communication along.
- As must have reached a certain level of autonomy, you should have already between one and two years of experience in a similar Luxembourgish work environment.

- According to your level of experience and profile, you might receive an annual compensation that could reach € 55 000 gross.
