We are very happy to assist this esteemed player on the market, a growing PFS, in its search for a Senior Fund Legal Officer.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Legal Officer - Corporate Officer - PFS - Legal

You are in charge of your own client portfolio, composed of regulated investment funds (primarily UCITS) from the constitution to the liquidation.

You are in direct contact with your clients and ensure quality-oriented collaborations in the long term with them.

You will work in a team of less than 10 people in which team spirit and helping each other to advance is key. You will also have the prospect in time to move up to a managerial position if you so wish.

Your responsibilities will also include the preparation of board and shareholder meetings, board packs, draft of minutes and so on.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Legal Officer - Corporate Officer - PFS - Legal

**Experience**: You have 3 years of experience or more as a Corporate Officer or Legal Officer in a fiduciary, PSF or investment fund company in Luxembourg. You are experienced on a portfolio of regulated investment funds (mainly UCITS).

**Language skills**: Fluency in English is required for this position as this is the vehicular language internally as well as with your clients. Any other language will be considered a plus.

**Professional objectives**: You are looking to join a PFS where you will be able to continue to grow professionally, both in terms of career prospects as well as technical skills.

**Personality**: You would describe yourself as a dynamic person that is happy to share their knowledge and competencies with others, and you adopt a very human approach with this.
