**MISSION**

Within the IFS Structuring Domiciliation & Distribution Department, Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Luxembourg) is looking for a Legal Officer whose main missions will be to ensure the legal structuration of investment funds, the review of related agreements and the follow-up of the investment funds social life

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be the main point of contact for any legal matter for the investment funds business
- Assist clients in setting up, drafting documents (prospectus, agreements, circular resolutions, notices ), and in the investment funds marketing process
- Follow-up of the corporate life of the investment funds: participation in the Board Meetings, General Meetings and support the Domiciliation team on legal aspectsUnderstand clients’ needs, negotiate with their external lawyers, make tailored recommendations and provide assistance

**PROFILE**
- University Degree in Law or business administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Alternative funds expertise and appetite
- Good understanding of the relevant rules and regulations applicable to investment funds and Company law
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize and meet deadlines
- Client-oriented, pragmatic, proactive and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable, team player
- Familiar with MS Office toolsFluent in English and French. The knowledge of any additional language (in particular German or Italian) would be considered an asset
