FANUC Europe Corporation - Contern, LU, 5315 - J_oin our dynamic European HR team and contribute to impactful change management initiatives across our organization We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and motivated intern or working student who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow in the field of international HR and change management._ - Depending on your place of residence, the position can be fulfilled either at our office in 5315 Contern, Luxemburg or 73765 Neuhausen a.d.F., Germany._ **Your Role - What You’ll Learn & Do** - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments and international affiliates to align and support organizational initiatives. - **Project & Change Support**: Assist the Change Manager in driving ongoing change initiatives and fostering effective communication across stakeholders. - **Administrative Support**: Organize meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes. - **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and visual materials. - **HR Operations**: Support day-to-day HR processes in an international context. - **Internal Communication**: Co-create and design content for our monthly HR newsletter. **Yo**ur Profile** - Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field—ideally with a focus on Human Resources. - Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). - High level of initiative, reliability, and analytical thinking. - Passion for organizational development and change management. - Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our team_ At FANUC, we celebrate diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
