And that’s what we want to grow so we're looking for YOU, a Compliance Manager (German speaking) As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities: - Support on-site monitoring and testing on designated controls defined within the Com - pliance Monitoring Plan; - Keep up-to-date with regulatory developments in the industry, provide analysis to the Chief Compliance Officer, on new regulatory developments impacting the company; - Standardize existing processes, maintain procedures up-to-date, develop and implement procedures when necessary; - Provide guidance and oversight for daily requests from fund administrators on AML, UBO disclosures and regulatory compliance in cooperation with ifsam’s dealing depart - ment; - Perform and execute the AML/CTF procedure in cooperation with ifsam’s dealing de - partment; - Support the identification, mitigation and management of AML related risks; reporting and escalation of such risks as needed; - Undertake Compliance projects and ad hoc additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer; What you offer: - Ideally a successfully completed business administration, economics or law degree; - At least 3 years professional experience in a similar position (ideally in the Luxembourg investment fund industry, especially with a transfer agent/ fund administrator) and inter - est in Compliance as well as AML/CFT relevant topics; - Strong capacity for team work, motivation, reliability, resilience and service-oriented ap - proach; - Organizational talent, personal initiative and ability to develop solutions independently; - Very good PC skills (MS Office); - Fluency in German and English. French is an advantage.
