And that’s what we want to grow so we're looking for YOU, a Business & Risk Manager (German speaking) As a Business & Risk Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities: - Coordinating strategic business projects and coordinating between stakeholder; - Coordinate and assess the Initial and Ongoing Client Due Diligence. Including AML checks etc.; - Ongoing review of KYC files; - Monitoring of existing risks and preparation of the periodic reporting of Operational Risks to Authorized Management and the Board of Directors; - Process regular screening and maintenance of the client database against blacklists, inter - national sanctions, press and escalate when relevant; - Transfer Agent & Sub-Custodian Monitoring; - Analyze and implement regulatory changes in the field of Operational Risk Management in the Bank; - Answer to due diligence request received from clients and fund companies; - Undertake risk projects and ad hoc additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Risk Officer. What you offer: - Ideally a successfully completed business administration, economics or law degree; - At least 3 years professional experience in a similar position (ideally in the Luxembourg investment fund industry) - Strong capacity for team work, motivation, reliability, resilience and service-oriented ap - proach; - Organizational talent, personal initiative and ability to develop solutions independently - Very good PC skills (MS Office); - Fluency in German and English. French is an advantage.
