CTO Branch Technology is seeking for a Desktop, Mobility and Print (DMP) Support Analyst, to strengthen the team that is responsible for the service function of our End User Computing (EUC).

Overall Responsibility:
To provide best services and support across the Bank, we are looking for a Technology Services Analyst to cover all EUC related roles and linked tasks.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Assume ownership and responsibility of DMP Assets and services.
- Support the business and ensure, that policy-aligned controls are implemented.
- Foster stability, security, and robustness of the DMP assets, with a state-of-the-art design and innovative solutions focusing on internal users.
- Collaborate with the global DMP Engineering teams on assets and service-related topics and coordinate ITIL related process for your EUC assets, such as Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Oversee and/or execute corresponding initiatives (e.g., technology refresh or disaster recovery exercises).

Experience and Education:

- 3+ years professional experience in related EUC and/or DMP management areas and very good knowledge of Windows and Apple devices including MS Configuration Manager.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, service requests and incidents simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg regulations and experience in the Luxembourg financial sector would be desirable. Furthermore, Scripting skills (PowerShell) and experiences with ServiceNow are considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and experience in translation of very complex topics and sharing information in clear and crisp messages/visions. We expect an independent and reliable working style.
- Fluent in English and German (written/verbal), French is considered an advantage.
