**We’re looking for someone like that who can**:
**- manage with our current team the client requests comprising**: analyzing, dispatching, monitoring requests, liaising with the specialists and giving feedback to the clients within the predefined quality standards
- offer immediate and accurate assistance, takes appropriate measures and finds adequate solutions for the requester including questions to new regulatory requirements such as MIFID and EMIR
- assist in preparing quality meetings with the location
- identify major issues and find sustainable solutions.

**You have**:

- experience in a custody administration and deep securities knowledge
- good knowledge of operational processes
- command of Microsoft Excel, Power Point

**You are**:

- totally committed and constantly willing to develop yourself in a dynamic environment

- high responsiveness and client orientation
- team oriented and collaborative
- fluent in English and German.
