What success looks like in this role:

  • Provides change management support for defined initiatives and projects.
  • May lead smaller and/or less complex projects.
  • Supports change impact analyses, assessing readiness for change and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Contributes to the identification of potential change resistance and supports development of strategies / tactics to overcome anticipated resistance.
  • Collaborates with change management team members and stakeholders to create actionable deliverables for:

o Communication,

o Sponsorship,

o Coaching,

o Training,

o Resistance management.

  • Provides coaching for change-associated project teams and for impacted managers, supervisors and other stakeholders.
  • Schedules and delivers training as required.
  • Works with change management colleagues to define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Tracks and reports identified issues.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
