Nous sommes à la recherche d’un/une
**Project Manager - Real Estate (M/F/d)**
Si vous êtes passioné par le développement de projets sur nos terrains au plein milieu de la ville de Luxembourg ainsi que leur gestion, venez rejoindre notre équipe Paul Wurth Real Estate.
**Vos responsabilités**:
- Gestion, organisation et élaboration des différentes phases d’opérations immobilières (faisabilités, conceptions, études techniques, montages juridiques et financiers, allocation des ressources, autorisations administratives, suivi de l’avancement des projets ainsi que la projection,)
- Gestion technique et commerciale des nouveaux projets de construction et/ou de conversion
- Analyse des besoins et des risques, conseil à la prise des décisions, gestion et maîtrise des flux d’informations, établissements du planning et du budget
- Coordination et négociation avec des parties externes, telles que des courtiers, des avocats et des investisseurs ainsi qu’avec les autorités urbanistiques et divers intervenants
- Supervision des inspections de propriété, y compris les évaluations et les contrôles environnementaux
- Préparation de rapports administratifs & financiers (SAP, Powerpoint, Excel).
**Qu’attendons-nous de vous?**
- Diplômé(e) en Real Estate, ingénierie civile, architecture ou en gestion d’entreprise
- Au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du développement de projets urbanistiques et /ou des projets immobiliers de moyenne et de grande envergure
- Une formation en droit et finances de l’immobilier tout comme la maîtrise d’outils comme ARGUS Developer constituent un avantage
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et financières, y compris la maîtrise de la comptabilité et de la planification d’entreprise
- Fortes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de négocier et d’interagir efficacement avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux
- Connaissances des normes et réglementations en vigueur au Luxembourg
- Sens de l’organisation et des responsabilités, rigoureux et polyvalent
- Capacité à travailler autonome et en équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Maîtrise du Français et de l’Allemand. Le Luxembourgeois et l’Anglais sont considérés comme un avantage.
