**| Your challenges?**:

- Contribute to the seamless onboarding process of a large number of new users.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in Citrix virtual desktop administration within a Windows environment.
- Experience with Citrix orchestrator and remote assistance tools to provide efficient support.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow for ticket management and user support.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous.
