**Mission**

The objective is to support with recruitment and screening activities. This includes enhancing visibility across media and job boards, advising on targeted outreach strategies, and supporting around 20 specialist hires per year through sourcing, screening, and coordination activities.

The Service Provider will provide a support of a sourcing specialist to recruit approximately 20 specialist or managerial hires per annum, responsible for:

- Requisition creation, administration and closing, postings vacancies
- Participating in weekly meetings for recruitment updates with the Talent management team involved
- Completing the follow-up report monitoring recruitment activities per job requisition
- Supporting the recruiter

This will include the following tasks:

- Working with agencies for interim staff: capturing & screening CVs, scheduling interviews, booking any required assessments and interviewing
- Completing the dashboard of interim workers and trainees

**Deliverables**

The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:
**Technical skills**

Mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally recruiting financial profiles and/or economists
- Demonstrated familiarity with standard concepts and practices related to recruitment activities

Desired
- University degree or equivalent, a specialisation in Human Resources, Finance or Economics
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
- Good understanding of the operational environment of a financial institution or a public international institution
- Certified user of Hudson’s Business Attitudes Questionnaires and other assessment tools
- IT literacy - highly proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience working with Taleo
- Excellent oral and written English skills, any other language skills
