Pour notre département _Ops Engineering_** **au sein de **LuxairAirlines**, nous recherchons un(e):
**_Officer Flight Ops Engineering (M/F/x)_**
**_Missions :_**
- Prepare, dispatch and ensure the follow up of Incident, Flight, Voyage and Customer Complaint reports in liaison with other departments
- Calculate performance, prepare Airport approvals and Route analysis for charter flights and new destinations; check and update the Boeing Flight Management System database in collaboration with the Boeing Fleet Chief
- Check that all planned flights before their operation are in conformity with the latest legislation and company regulations;
- Update the company fuel policy in cooperation with the Outstations according to current legal and internal regulations in force;
- Be the key contact for technical operational matters in case of need including and inform the Vice President
- Update mass and balance reference data for all aeroplanes after reweighing
- Check the Internet once monthly for new Master Minimum Equipment
- List revisions and supplements and inform the Technical pilots accordingly
- Update regularly the Electronic Flight Bag as well as the Crew Document website with the latest airport databases and with other documentation as required
- Perform administrative work for the Flight Ops Engineering department
**_Profil requis:_**
**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste_**
- Provide a high school diploma and a proven technical, aeronautical or aviation experience
- Have minimum knowledge in “Operations Engineering” matters or equivalent experience
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
- Accept Duty Travel
- Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
**_ Critères souhaités ou à acquérir_**
- Be detail oriented and reliable
- Show a strong sense of responsibility
- Show a strong ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
- Show minimum knowledge in EU (EASA)-OPS and aeronautical documentation
- Show in depth knowledge of aircraft performance
- Show an initial knowledge of ATC Flightplanning
**_ Candidat idéal_**
- Be in possession of pilot license
- Provide a university degree in aeronautics or equivalent
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as an asset
