Flight Ops Admin

For our department _Crew Licencing & Administration_** **within **LuxairAirlines**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Flight Ops Admin & Crew Training Officer (M/F)_**

**_Main duties:_**
- Keep Crew Training records updated in the Flight OPS database
- Support and forward the required info to Crew Planning for future training planning
- Supervise all Computer Based Training related courses and tests in close cooperation with the
Crew Training Manager and the assigned Fleet Chief
- Prepare and coordinate training facilities
- Organize the Pilot selection process in cooperation with Crew Training Manager
- Be responsible for all administrative tasks for crew members in close cooperation with all
concerned departments according to internal rules in force
- Organize the Flight OPS's continuous training in cooperation with HR Training
- Control all Flight OPS invoices before VP Flight OPS approval in cooperation with Finance
- Adjust all Flight OPS allowances and extra hours for all crews in cooperation with IS&O and HR

**_Required profile:_**

**_Minimum required criteria:_**
- Be holder of a “Bac” or equivalent and / or proven experience in the area of activity
- Show strong office management skills
- Be a team player
- Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and
written)

**_ Desired or to be acquired criteria:_**
- Be well-organized and self-initiative
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
- Maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties
- Show the ability to adapt to evolving working environment
- Show user skills in the tools used in Flight Operations, Human Resources and Finance
- Have a first experience in Flight Operations
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
