Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg, serving 450 co-owners. Our fleet consists of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24). We are looking for a **Flight Feasibility Optimization** Intern to join the Pre-Flight Coordination team. This team operates within the dynamic and ever-evolving environment of the Operations Control Center at Jetfly. This position plays a pivotal role in optimizing flight feasibility processes, contributing to seamless and efficient flight operations, while addressing the specific requirements of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mapping and Analyzing the Flight Feasibility Process: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the full flight feasibility process, including tools, data and flow of related information.
- Improvement Plan Proposal: Propose and document improvement strategies to optimize the flight feasibility process, its architecture, integration with other operational areas, and enhancement of the tools used.
- Implementation of optimization: Implement the proposed improvements within operational workflow, ensuring successful integration through clear documentation and training for operational teams.

**Profile**:

- On-going studies in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player

**Internship Compensation package**

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:

- 3rd year of Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
