**Senior Officer Consolidation Services**

**Location: Luxembourg**

**Department: IFRS & Consolidation**

**Contract: Permanent, Full Time**

As Senior Officer Consolidation Services you will have the opportunity to work on the execution of consolidation and reporting tasks related to client companies in in Lux GAAP, IFRS and other GAAPs (UK GAAP or US GAAP).

**The position**

As a Senior Officer Consolidation Services, you play a critical role in the success of our business. Your typical day will see you working on a wide range of diverse and varied projects, including:

- Prepare IFRS or Lux GAAP (consolidated) annual accounts, reporting and other deliverables,
- Prepare or review (consolidated) annual accounts, reporting and other deliverables depending on the level of complexity,
- Prepare, review and analyze inter-company account reconciliations,
- Liaise with external auditors, accountants and clients,
- Assist in special projects as needed,
- Be aware of information security threats and concerns, own responsibilities and liabilities
- Support organizational security policy in the course of normal work
- Reduce the risk of theft, fraud, misuse of facilities and human error
- Design and deliver training on technical topics,
- Assist and coach junior staff

**Your profile**
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- At least 4 years working experience in audit, consolidation matters and reporting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS (especially for holding, real estate, private equity) and consolidation,
- Knowledge of Consolidation Software is an asset,
- Strong communication skills and work well in a team,
- Being accurate, flexible, hands-on and deliver the best work when facing a tight deadline,
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Any additional language (German and/or French) is an advantage
