Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Manager specializing in Consolidation and IFRS reporting, with a focus on UCITS funds, to join our client's dynamic team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the consolidation process and ensuring adherence to IFRS standards for our client's UCITS fund clients. You will work closely with senior management and clients, providing expert guidance and contributing to the success of our client's financial operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in leading the consolidation process for UCITS fund clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS, UCITS directives, and other relevant regulations.
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and disclosures for UCITS funds, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct detailed reviews of fund accounting processes and financial data to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated on UCITS regulations and industry developments, providing guidance and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate closely with fund administrators, auditors, and other stakeholders to address complex accounting and reporting issues.
- Assist in onboarding new UCITS fund clients, providing expertise on accounting and reporting requirements specific to the fund structure.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures related to UCITS fund accounting and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Significant experience in consolidation and financial reporting, with a focus on UCITS funds and related regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, UCITS directives, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages such as French or German is a plus.
- Proficiency in consolidation software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Hyperion) is desirable.
