CSD Ingénieurs Belux intervient aussi bien pour les collectivités publiques que pour les clients privés: industriels, infrastructures, professionnels de l’immobilier, entreprises de services, grande distribution, loisirs,...
Pour renforcer l’équipe du Département Biodiversité dans le bureau au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg (ou Namur), nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Project Manager Biodiversité (H/F).**
**Responsabilités**
Rapportant au Chef du Département Biodiversité, vous intégrez une équipe de 4 chefs de projets et êtes en charge d’études dans le domaine de l'environnement et de l'aménagement du territoire. Par vos connaissances, votre expérience et votre capacité à gérer les projets, vous apportez une réelle valeur ajoutée au Département Biodiversité.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes
- Mener à bien des études axées sur la biodiversité en ville et sur l’amélioration du potentiel biologique de projets immobiliers avec espaces verts.
- Assurer la gestion de toutes les phases du projet (de la remise de l’offre à la facturation) au niveau des délais, des coûts, de la qualité et de la rentabilité.
- Assurer la coordination, la rédaction des rapports et la présentation des résultats ainsi que des enjeux environnementaux aux clients et aux administrations.
- Entretenir de bonnes relations et développer le portefeuille clients.
- Écouter, prendre en compte les besoins et les contraintes des clients tout en les conseillant.
- Participer au développement des activités de CSD Ingénieurs.
**Profil**
- Vous disposez d’un diplôme bachelier/universitaire en biologie ou toute autre formation jugée pertinente.
- Vous possédez une expérience en gestion de projets en bureau d'études ou dans le domaine de la biodiversité.
- Vous maîtrisez les procédures administratives liées à l'environnement et à la biodiversité en Wallonie / Bruxelles / Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
- Vous avez le contact facile avec les clients et êtes prêt(e) à disposer d'un réseau professionnel étendu.
- Vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse et faites preuve de créativité dans vos propositions de projet.
- Vous êtes autonome, orienté(e) résultat, flexible et vous prenez facilement des initiatives.
- Vous disposez d’une excellente capacité rédactionnelle et d'expression orale en français
