VBS is currently looking for a hands-on and autonomous Project Manager.
As project Manager, your main objective is to lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and business projects, both for clients and internal stakeholders.
You will play a key role in translating strategy into action by ensuring project execution is aligned with business goals, delivered on time and within budget, and contributing to long-term value.
You will report to the Project Management Team Manager.
Your mission
**You will be in charge of**:
Define and manage project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with project stakeholders;
Develop detailed project plans including timeline, budget, and secure resource allocation;
Conduct project risk assessments and define mitigation strategies;
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across all project phases;
Monitor progress, identify issues, and drive their resolutions;
Ensure structured and regular communication with project stakeholders, PMO, and management;
Monitor project budgets and ensure sound financial management;
Guarantee the quality of deliverables and ensure operational readiness ahead of project closure;
Maintain up-to-date project documentation using appropriate tools;
Ensure a seamless transition from project to operations.
**You will also contribute to**:
Project Portfolio planning and alignment with company priorities;
Governance processes and the continuous improvement of project management practices.
**Profile**:
**To be successful in this role, you need**:
Professional experience & technical skills
A Bachelor degree in Computer Science (IT), Engineering, Project Management or equivalent academic background;
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, ideally in IT and/or business integration;
Solid knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid);
Strong analytical skills and risk management capabilities;
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalents;
Advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Languages
Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset. German or other languages are a plus depending on project context.

High sense of autonomy and accountability;
Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities;
Strategic and solution-oriented approach to complex environments;
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills;
Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
