Make a difference and join a global leader in equipment insulation manufacturing. We are seeking a talented Global Category Manager - Global Services to drive strategic sourcing for a diverse range of services. This is your opportunity to shape procurement strategies, lead supplier relationships, and make a tangible impact on our global operations.
Your Tasks:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for global service categories, including marketing, HR, travel, facility, insurance and more- Evaluate and select suppliers to meet service quality, availability, and cost-efficiency standards- Lead competitive bidding processes, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management- Align with key stakeholders globally to consolidate needs and ensure strategic alignment- Monitor supplier performance and initiate improvement projects to maintain high standards- Provide market insights, pricing forecasts, and value creation tracking for financial reporting- Ensure effective risk management for suppliers within your category
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry or relevant experience- 3-5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related commercial role- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills- Expertise in sourcing processes, supplier evaluation, and negotiation- Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset- Willingness to travel as needed
