The EPO HR team is taking care of 450 employees. The EPO team is a diverse organization with more than 30 nationalities, present in 6 countries. Under responsibility of the HR lead, you will work together with three HRBPs.
**Key Responsibilities/missions**
- Recruitment:
- Recruitment of interns, VIE et apprentices
- Standardization of recruitment process (follow-up, KPIs, job descriptions)
- Draw job descriptions for all key positions of the organization
- Support HRBPs: post (Oracle + LinkedIn), screening and follow-up
- On-boarding: Analyze processes in place and define common guidelines for on-boarding EPO new joiners
- School partnerships: Create a school mapping and build action plan on relationships with targeted schools
- Leadership development and training
- Participate in reshuffling of Procurement Competency framework and job mapping
- Support Procurement Academy activities
- Internal communication
- Support launch of new intranet
- Participate in communication campaigns on EPO
- Support the team on newsletters and organization of events
- Audit & Quality Management (ISO 9001)
- Support KPIs and process quarterly reviews
- Participate in the HR team day-to-day activities
