In a context of growth and regulatory updates, my client, a major Insurance company in Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Operational Risk Officer to join the Operational Risk team.
**Context**:
- Salary based on your profile and seniority under the Insurance Convention (attractive package and advantages).
- Flexibility on Home Office: 2 days a week.
- Collaborative team and flat management within the department and company.
Tasks
- Annual reporting: ORSA, SFCR etc.
- Develop policies based on governance frameworks.
- Take part on Risk Committees (Asset Liability and Risk).
- Support on annual reporting to local regulators.
- Promote Risk Awareness across other departments.
**Profile**:
- At least 5 years in a similar role in the Insurance industry.
- Strong reporting and analytic skills.
- Ability to communicate with top management.
- Fluent in French (company's language) and professional English (reporting is done in English.), German would be considered as a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge on SII framework (Pillar 2 & 3).
