We are looking for a **Business Analyst** who assist in improving the communication between our information technology capacity and our business objectives.

Your duties will include supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

**Responsabilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Develop configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Perform quality assurance and define reporting and alerting requirements
- Participate in designing, documenting and maintaining of system processes
- Explore on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
- Interact with the product team to share key insights and findings
- Search for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

**Technical skills**:

- Significant experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
- Good knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools
- Familiarity with SQL queries and generating process documentation
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.)
- Knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile)
- Good knowledge of collaborative sites
- Good knowledge and experience on digitalization of public services, technological innovations (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, etc.) and associated business models are currently under embraced in the public sphere.
- 4+ years' experience of working on a Business / Systems Analyst or Quality Assurance Engineer position
- A degree in IT or Computer Science
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
