**Job description**:
We are currently looking for a “**SharePoint Administrator**” to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

The tasks consist in the administration, maintenance, and platform-level support of several large-scale IT systems based on Microsoft SharePoint.

**Responsabilities**:

- Provide back-end technical support to the SharePoint Services team and users on all versions (2013, 2016, 2019, SharePoint Online) of Microsoft SharePoint.
- Assist in preparing operational procedures for the implementation, support and maintenance of the Corporate SharePoint Services environments.
- Set up, deploy and configure the underlying infrastructures as per the architectures defined by the team.
- Investigate technical issues related to the corporate SharePoint environments as reported by business and solution development teams.
- Provide technical support to facilitate the integration of SharePoint-based solutions in the IT Infrastructure of the Commission as it evolves.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the systems' stability and performance, and provide technical assistance in: optimising system and resource utilisation, optimising service availability, reporting on service levels and service utilisation.
- Provide technical assistance and advice to improve the extent, quality, and security of the SharePoint Services delivery.
- Assist the project teams in defining implementing technical governance procedures.
- Provide technical assistance to the IT security teams to monitor the systems’ security and investigate incidents.

**Technical skills**:

- Expert knowledge of all versions of Microsoft SharePoint, with specific prior experience (9 years) in configuring, administering and maintaining large SharePoint environments.
- Proven expertise in maintaining and monitoring document collaboration and content management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint architecture and configuration
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server and Windows Server systems (IIS, AD).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud solutions, notably SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Azure Information Protection.
- Knowledge of back-end administration tools (PowerShell, SCOM, other monitoring tools).
- Understanding of network topologies and security principles.

**Profile**:

- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft SharePoint architectures and all technical components.
- Technical SharePoint certification (Administration, Configuration) is a distinct advantage.
- Bachelor degree in IT or similar degree
- English professional
- Good reasoning and communication
