Senior Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a “**Senior Business Analyst **” to strengthen the Cronos Europa team
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for users and IT teams.
- Provide technical support for login issues, performance, functionality, and data consistency.
- Assist in processing data-related requests (insertion, extraction, manipulation).
- Propose solutions with estimations and resolve problems effectively.
- Train and guide junior or new resources as needed.
- Conduct periodic clean-ups and implement evolutionary maintenance.
- Identify and propose improvements for design and operation.
- Automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Design, test, and document solutions for new functionality.
- Conduct pre-release, non-regression, and release testing.
- Manage branch merging and build environments for release management.
**Technical skills**:
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Proven experience in creating business documentation such as case studies and requirement summaries.
- Knowledge
**Profile**:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering within financial services
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Ability to understand and align with new business areas and policies quickly.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills..
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
