Our client is a _**_renowned company specialising in the administrative management of investment funds_**_ for a diverse client base, including institutional and retail investors, financial and asset managers, corporates and insurance companies. _

- Based in Luxembourg city centre, the local team numbers around ten people, but the company is much larger on a global scale, offering a _**_multicultural working environment. _**

**_Legal counsel_**_ - Your Role :_**
- **_ Analysing and validating legal documentation_**_ relating to fundraising._
- **_ Advising on fund transactions_**_ and regulatory compliance._
- _ Manage legal issues relating to fund structures, including _**_SPVs, holding companies and other investment vehicles_**_._
- _ Working closely with other departments to ensure compliance._
- _ Monitoring relevant legislative and regulatory developments and keeping stakeholders informed._
- **_ Drafting, reviewing and negotiating_**_ contracts and agreements relating to fund activities._
- _ Providing _**_legal support to fund management_**_, compliance and other internal functions._
- _ Maintain a constant legal watch to anticipate and manage potential risks._

**_ Legal counsel_**_ - Your Profile:_**
- _ Have been a _**_lawyer_**_ or are currently a lawyer, with the _**_CCDL_**_._
- _ Significant experience in a funds or corporate department, ideally with renowned firms such as those in the Magic Circle._
- **_ Expertise with SPVs, holding companies and funds_**_ is essential. (Any banking or tax experience will be less relevant to this role)._
- _ Minimum _**_6 years'_**_ experience._
- _ Fluency in _**_French and English._**:

- _ Ability to integrate easily into a supportive team, take initiative, prioritise and organise._
