**Activités / Missions**:
A la Banque de Luxembourg, nous desservons trois types de clients : les clients privés, les clients entreprises de type familial, et les clients professionnels issus des métiers de la gestion d'actifs.

Au sein de notre département Funds & Institutional Clients (F&IC), l'équipe Relationship Management agit en tant qu'interlocutrice privilégiée d'initiateurs de fonds d'investissement et de clients institutionnels de renommée internationale.
- Spécialiste des fonds alternatifs, vous assurez la mise en place, le suivi opérationnel et le bon développement des relations commerciales entre les initiateurs et la Banque agissant en tant que banque dépositaire, administration centrale et/ou domiciliataire
- Vous négociez et coordonnez les différents aspects de la relation contractuelle (conformité, présentation de nouveaux produits, suivi commercial) ;
- Vous analysez et prenez en charge les projets et demandes clients en veillant à trouver des solutions adéquates ;
- Vous révisez et commentez la documentation légale des fonds ;
- En tant que représentant-e de la Banque, vous êtes amené-e à participer au conseil d'administration des fonds d'investissement domiciliés à la Banque.

**Profil**:
Fort-e d'une première expérience d'au moins 6 ans en tant que Relationship Manager dans le domaine des fonds d'investissement au Luxembourg, vous souhaitez développer vos connaissances et construire une carrière durable au sein de la Banque dans une industrie en pleine expansion.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en finance, économie, gestion ou droit ;
- Doté-e d'un esprit ouvert et critique, vous avez un contact aisé et assertif avec une clientèle institutionnelle ;
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des caractéristiques et du mode de fonctionnement des fonds luxembourgeois ainsi que des dispositions légales et réglementaires qui leur sont applicables ;
- Organisé-e et de nature rigoureuse, vous disposez d'excellentes capacités analytiques et rédactionnelles ;
- Agile, vous acceptez et gérez les imprévus et vous êtes capable de gérer des priorités ;
- Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français, et de l'anglais.
