**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Representative**to join our branch in Strassen, Luxembourg.

**WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You are the primary contact for distributors and customers.
- You process orders in our inventory management system.
- You are experienced in handling and documenting complaints.
- You maintain the customer database and history.
- You support the team during inventory checks.

**WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bac +2 level education, ideally with customer service experience - we also offer opportunities to recent graduates willing to prove themselves.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good command of German, French, and English - both spoken and written. Any additional language is considered a plus.
- Trustworthy interaction with customers.You are flexible, reliable, and a team player.
